Zero-Delay Response: Immediately quarantining all suspect parts in the OEM’s warehouse and production lines.

Creating Clear Standards: Developing detailed, on-the-spot work instructions and training our operators to ensure every part is inspected correctly.

100% Certification: Sorting and/or reworking 100% of the non-conforming parts based on clear, approved instructions.

Ensuring Production: Making certain that only certified, 100% good parts are labeled and reintroduced to the production line.

Completing the Loop: Formally tagging and segregating all rejected parts to provide clear records for the OEM Quality Team.
